I have also found the simpler the  story &#8211; the easier and more likely it will stick with the listener. What  I hope to do in this podcast is to have our listened hear us tell  mostly funny stories so we can hopefully get their imaginations going  and actually feel like they are playing a role in our real estate  endeavors. So much so that when we are finished each person feels like  they were there with us and learned the lessons we learned.
