Only because they don’t know what to do instead. In this podcast, I will show you how to profit more from having fewer sellers by simply knowing what to look for while deal hunting. This is no different than having a pocket full of change and not knowing the value of a rare coin and passing it along, never knowing it was rare because it looked like all the other coins in your pocket. Like Ron LeGrand says: “You think education is expensive, try ignorance.” I recently found a quarter and because I have been studying coins, I recognized it as “rare” to only find out it was worth $4,500. It looked like a regular quarter in my pocket? My question to you is: “How much does this happen to you with regard to real estate?” In this podcast, I plan to show you what these deals look like, but not how to do them.
