Every month I do a LIVE meeting with local investor’s. On the first Wednesday of each month I go over my most ‘inner’ and valuable strategies on how I have bought and sold over 100 properties in my career. Well, in June 2016 I decided to go to LA (Los Angeles) for a two week business and pleasure trip. I get out there and realized I wanted to stay. Which means I was not able to conduct my LIVE monthly meeting the first Wednesday of July 2016. I felt this would be unfair to the group of committed attendees that come every month. So I decided to take a 45 minute cut from my private coaching call I do with about a dozen of the top producers in my area and share it with the meet up guys who would not have a meeting in July 2016. In this Podcast I talk about CTN (Criteria – Terms – Network) and why you need to distinguish each to get past the ‘little money’ deals; and move onto the ‘BIG money’ deals.
